Virtual staging for Ottawa listings. We add furniture and nothing else, check every photo against its original, and send you both.
Models like to improve a room: a new window, a ceiling fan, a bigger floor. We catch that. Every staged photo is laid over its original and checked by a person before it leaves.

Furniture in one style through the home. Each photo is laid over its original and checked by a person.
For every room: the staged photo with the "Virtually staged" label on it, and the original, named so they stay together.

Yes. Ontario's rules allow virtual staging when it is clearly disclosed and not misleading. The label is already on every staged photo, and you get the original to show alongside it. We also give you a line you can paste into the listing remarks.
The original photo files from the shoot, not screenshots of a listing. Tell us which rooms and the style you want. You need to own the photos or have the photographer's permission to have them edited.
That's the redo we promise. If anything other than furniture changed, or the furniture makes the room look bigger than it is, we fix it free.
